Besides that the quality of build is exceptional, much better than I have seen from other builders that quickl put homes together so they can deliver them to the customer with a lot of things to be fixed after move-in. Not RP Homes, the detail and quality is there all the way.
We visited another neighborhood as well, with home in the $700,000 - $1,200,000 and homeowners we spoke to complained about this item in particular, how many of these items there were and how long it took to fix.
RP Homes stands out as one of the positive exceptions among builders, most of which are just after the quick buck not customer satisfaction.”

RP Homes has treated us very well, even though we bought the home as a move-in-ready unit and we did not go through the building process with them. They have been extremely responsive and cordial and have exceeded all of my expectations with how much they would take care of us even after the sale. I have heard stories about other builders in town leaving you out to dry after the sale is done, but that is absolutely not RP Homes. We have been extremely impressed!
The home itself has been fantastic too - we have had zero surprises after moving in and despite us not having any choices in fixtures and other areas, we cant think of anything we would have picked differently. It is obvious that RP homes cares about quality work and doing things the right way.
